Albany Toyota RV does a wonderful job on repairs and remodeling We had a serious water leak on our slide out, its like new and slides in and out without any trouble . They also took out a couch and panels behind it so we could put recliners in. It looks great too. Thanks Albany Toyota!

They were great even added an oil change I asked for that was due. The only thing I would suggest is a car wash like the ford dealer use to do when I bought my car there

Great experience. Started with a text inquiry with Pepper, who scheduled my next-day appointment. When I arrived, Drake greeted me and introduced me to the manager, Jerome. I already knew what car I wanted, and Drake helped me finalize the deal. Tammy in finance wrapped it up. A tech glitch transmitting our information made things take a bit longer than expected, but the overall service was excellent. Great team efforts. Highly recommend!
Wow, outstanding customer service and quality. Day prior to camp trip, picked up trailer from storage and surprised to hear a very bad sound from wheel. Called Albany RV (Albany Toyota) and they offered to do an emergency check first thing next day so that we could start our vacation. Turned out a wiring issue caused a complete brake blow out. They escalated a part pickup in Eugene and had things fix in half day. Called to keep me informed on progress. Brakes worked perfectly towing in mountains. They have me as a long term customer. Chad 100% gets 5 stars! We came out of state without an appointment. We also ending up driving offsite to look at the vehicle since it wasnt on the lot and it was a bit of an adventure, including staying late on his day off, but Chad was cool calm and proffesional as well as honest. Add to that this vehicle was actually listed with online sales who primarily dealt with us, so Chad picked us up later in the process AND got us financing. During my visit I expressed preferences for my future maintenance and it was actually noted in my maintenance documents after pick up and in my mileage sticker for my next oil change. Albany Toyota has a very friendly, helpful staff. They listen to your needs and help show you the vehicles to match. After the negotiations came the paperwork, in which I have to say was very streamlined. The process took minimal time making the experience that much more enjoyable! Drake was on the level and a straight shooter the entire time. Kudo’s for very clean buying experience!

Albany Toyota always provides top notch service.
The service is generally fast. One problem every time they rotate my tires the hub caps are not secured back in place correctly. I certainly don’t want to replace a hub caps after each service session!

I took my camper in for having no electricity. They were super busy and I had to get an appointment pretty far out. I went into the shop and talked to them and they moved my appointment up by a week. They went out of their way to make it more affordable, especially when they found a lot of other things wrong once they got started.
