I have been bringing my 2020 RAV4 to Albany Toyota for 4+ years and have always had an exceptional experience with management and care of my vehicle. Adolfo in particular has been a top notch service advisor; I average 25-28,000 miles on the car annually and it still runs as smooth as the day I purchased it. Would highly recommend this location.

I live in California and drove 8.5 hours to buy a Grand Highlander from this dealership. Chad was a great help through the whole process. Finance team was very helpful and had the whole paperwork ready as soon as I arrived there. Whole process took about an hour.

Took the time to show us everything we wanted to see, we were with him for a total of 4 hours and every minute of it was seamless! 10/10 recommend going and buying a car from him! Our experience at Albany Toyota wasa great! We truly enjoyed working with Drake. He is well-spoken, knows the product, and has great energy. He even followed us home in his own car to gather up the final details that we didnt have with us at the dealership. That way we could take possesion of our new car and leave the old car behind.
