***WARNING***This dealership sell new vehicles with discontinued cheap tires with NO WARRANTY. I purchased a new Tundra from them with Falken AT tires. This truck had under 20 miles on it when I drove it off the lot. At 10k miles I noticed the tires were wearing very fast. I stopped in and talk to the manager who took me to service. Lassen was a good truck buying experience, they made it easy and quick and stayed late to make sure I got my truck when I needed.
Sam the service manager and Adolfo have treated me terribly and even threatened me that they wouldnāt fix my car since I wrote a review. Charged me $1400 for repairs even though they didnāt fix the check engine light we had them check out. This company couldnāt even get the mileage on my car right, wrongful reporting of the ODO is not good for any car company
I have contact them twice regarding cars I was interested in, and did not receive a response either time. I will not be contacting them again. Even if the car I was checking on was no longer available, the courteous thing to do would be to let me know it had sold. That is what I would do. Never burn bridges.
When our car was in there custody for repairs they did not create a protected environment to make sure the car was safe. because of this the cat converter was stolen from the car and they refuse to cover the cost trying to make our insurance pay for it at a 1000.00 Deductible. Incompetent and Uncaring
I brought in my Yaris in September because it was squealing horribly under very specific circumstances, and the serpentine belt had already been replaced. After only an hour, they said I needed a new skid plate and sent me home to wait for the part. It arrived and was installed, and I assumed everything was fine. But the noise never really went away. I reached out via their website requesting a price on a specific vehicle. In Jacob's first emailed response, he offered a price below what I sought. I found my Toyota Rav, experience and price was good. They startled pressuring to add extra packages. Got through that, very happy with my Rav. Then came time for 5000 mile check. They had to replace the upper part of the dashboard in my 2017 Canyon with a new part. They did not install the new part, just reinstalled the one that was taken out. In the process, they scratched the lower part an marked up the window post. Very poor workmanship.

I had an appointment for 10:30 am Saturday. I got there at 10:20 they weren't done with my oil change until 1 PM. 2.5 hours for a simple oil change is not acceptable especially from a dealership where you bought you car. I drove all the way to Albany from West Salem so this ended up taking up too much of my day. There was a guy with a diesel pickup that got there later than me at 11 am and he was finished and gone well be fore me. Very very poor customer service.

The people there are very easy going, they aren't pushy and pretty much didn't give me any headache while I was there. They made it easy for me to chose a car between the five possible choices and answered all my questions in a way I could easily understand.

After several months of informed discussions, and because of general life obstacles, I was not able to get to the Lassen Store and check out a Camaro I had my eye on. When I finally was able to get there, that one had sold, but by chance another one came in and took its place. Drove it, Loved it, Bought it! After getting to know Victor, it was like buying from a friend. I was treated with respect, without pressure and even with some humor thrown in. I would recommend Victor to everyone, period.
As of November 1, 2015, they raised the price of an oil change from $29.99 to $39.95. According to a women up front, the business wasn't making enough money at $29.99 so they decided to bump the price up. FYI, this is the cost for a 2006 Toyota Prius, and it doesn't even include a tire rotation or a carwash.
I can get my 2006 Dodge Cummins turbo diesel (12 quarts of oil and a filter) serviced for $49.95. $39.95 for 3.7 quarts of oil and a five dollar oil filter is unreasonable and offensive.

Our Prius has been serviced by Lassen since it was purchased there in 2008. We purchased it from the original owners and have continued bringing it to Lassen for the last 3 years. My brand new 2015 chevy equinox which I purchased in May has already had electrical problems twice. the 2nd time it was so bad it shorted out my battery and I had to have it towed in. The service department says there is nothing wrong with it!!!Will never buy from them again.
I have been having vehicles serviced at Lassen for years. On the most recent oil change, a multi-point inspection was completed. By coincidence, on my way to the dealership, I noticed one of my windshield wipers was coming completely apart. You couldn't miss it. However, upon picking up my vehicle, the inspection sheet it said that the wipers were"checked and ok." I have bought two vehicles from this dealer and both times were a freaking nightmare. If you want to be screwed over at every second then this is the place for you. I think they as a whole company need more training. Do not believe the sticker price on the vehicle either there's probably another one hiding that you didn't see. You also may want to be ready to sign papers 2 to 6 times as well.
