Well first I am told I owe them for the oil change when it was still under warranty. My biggest complaint is why was my seat adjustment so screwed up. They are only pulling into garage and out. I can understand to adjust for petals but lumbar and sitting lower? A/c blasting at full speed. You would think someone took a long ride. Totally unnecessary

I went in for an oil change with a coupon I got by mail. Service is fine but local toyota shops charge a lot for even simple things like a filter. I think they've lost touch on how to keep loyal customers.

All the employees are extremely pleasant with very good people skills. They shuttled me home, fixed a recall issue and diagnosed some problems with my car. They fixed my automatic hatchback at no cost by just adjusting a sensor. They charge $185 for diagnostics. That comes off the price of any repairs , but I chose to have my transmission replaced elsewhere for $2500 less than the Albany Toyota estimate. They were able to bust out so many changes to my Dad's trailer PLUS during their thorough inspection found a few more items that needed immediate attention. Numerous instrument cluster errors. Problems diagnosed and resolved. Air intake was loose, allowing dust to foul sensor. Spark plug electrode broken off. Unsure where it went or if cylinder was scoped to find it. Vehicle running much better now. Thank you

Trying to get someone to answer the phone at this business is like pulling teeth. Also if tge service desk does not answer andbyou try to call another depsrtment, no one answers and you can't leave a message because it says the mail box is full. Plus no one returns your call.
I was quite shocked at the cost of 2 simple services I had performed on my travel trailer. Slmost $500 for a simple dewinterization and have a ceiling light replaced. Got an oil change today. Took about an hour, which is what they said. It seems most services at dealerships take longer than the quick service places. But as long as I know how long it will take then I'm fine. I just did work in there waiting area. The waiting area was comfortable and they had free WiFi which made it easy for me to work.
