I really don't write reviews nor was I asked to write one but I feel compelled to due to the experience I had buying my "new to me" Tacoma. And, I have to say it was a great one. My sales guy Joe was awesome to deal with, took his time with me and really new his stuff, not to mention just a cool dude overall. I had a couple of special requests that took a day or two, this where the sales manager Jim had to get involved. Jim was extremely professional, friendly and extremely responsive-I can't thank him enough. Once we figured stuff out the I had the opportunity to work with Tammy the finance manager. She was non-pushy and walked me through various options that met my financing needs and insurance programs that fit my driving habits. We worked together to pick a program that made sense to me and let's just say this, I won't need to worry about having unexpected repair bills coming my way anytime soon. Thank you again Lassen Toyota, dealing with me was truly a team effort that I appreciate and I will be sharing my experience with anyone I hear looking for a new ride. Truely a 5 star experience.

Even though Lassen Toyota is 70+ miles away I decided to take a chance. it was a great decision! Jacob really cared about my experience. I reached out via their website requesting a price on a specific vehicle. In Jacob's first emailed response, he offered a price below what I sought. He answered follow-up questions promptly, and never pressured me to come in. When we arrived, the car was ready and the price remained what was promised ($10 less, in fact!). Roxie in finance did try to sell us some add-ons/warranty, but didn't push when we declined. Overall incredibly pleased with our experience. There were never any games. Instead of feeling like I was in a battle against the dealer, I felt like they were working with me.

I had an excellent experience dealing with Ricky and the Lassen Chevrolet-Toyota group. They were professional, experienced, and excellent communicators! Ricky even worked way beyond his regular work hours to help provide me with service! Will definitely look these guys up again in the future!

I negotiated with Victor over the Internet for a few days got exactly what I wanted at an excellent price Everyone at the dealership was pleasant and friendly and even working with the financial officer was great. There was no manager. You work directly with one sales person and one financial person. How great is that?

We went in looking for a low milage used car. Jim showed us several models that fit our desire. And, then showed us how we could get into a new 2017 Camry. The numbers worked out for us. No hassles with either Jim or with Gerald in finance. It was our decision to make as to which car, and they let us make it without and pressure or BS I have purchased many, many new and used vehicles over the past 45 + years. This was one of the few times I did not have a bad taste in my mouth the nest day.

Easily the most painless new car buying experience I have ever had. Victor's easy, laid back manner made me feel comfortable from the start. I knew what I wanted when I walked on the lot. Unlike previous experiences, he didn't try to up-sell me, or talk me into something I wasn't interested in. If you're looking for a new ride, start at Lassen Toyota/Chevrolet and ask for Victor Edwards. The guy is solid! Gerald worked with us on the finer points of the financing and was super helpful in pointing out some aspects of the money part of the deal that my wife and I had not considered. Solid, friendly, professional. I believe you would be hard pressed to find a more pleasant, professional purchasing experience than you will at Lassen. I assure you, I will buy from them again.

The people there are very easy going, they aren't pushy and pretty much didn't give me any headache while I was there. They made it easy for me to chose a car between the five possible choices and answered all my questions in a way I could easily understand.
