***WARNING***This dealership sell new vehicles with discontinued cheap tires with NO WARRANTY. I purchased a new Tundra from them with Falken AT tires. This truck had under 20 miles on it when I drove it off the lot. At 10k miles I noticed the tires were wearing very fast. I stopped in and talk to the manager who took me to service. They stated that I needed to call Falken. I called Falken and they told me that the tire TOYOTA buys from them are ordered to be quite and to get better gas mileage. They also stated there is no warranty on those tires and they are not real Wildpeak AT tires. Toyota just order's them that way. I told Toyota what Falken told me and asked they replace the tires with real Falken Wildpeak tires but they will not make it right. Then to top it off I went in for my 15k service and the only service they suggested was that I need new tires. I just laughed. #Falkentires #AlbanyToyota #BeavertonToyota #koin6news
I really don't write reviews nor was I asked to write one but I feel compelled to due to the experience I had buying my "new to me" Tacoma. And, I have to say it was a great one. My sales guy Joe was awesome to deal with, took his time with me and really new his stuff, not to mention just a cool dude overall. I had a couple of special requests that took a day or two, this where the sales manager Jim had to get involved. Jim was extremely professional, friendly and extremely responsive-I can't thank him enough. Once we figured stuff out the I had the opportunity to work with Tammy the finance manager. She was non-pushy and walked me through various options that met my financing needs and insurance programs that fit my driving habits. We worked together to pick a program that made sense to me and let's just say this, I won't need to worry about having unexpected repair bills coming my way anytime soon. Thank you again Lassen Toyota, dealing with me was truly a team effort that I appreciate and I will be sharing my experience with anyone I hear looking for a new ride. Truely a 5 star experience.

I bought a used car and just over 60 days (over warranty period)had to spend $8100. in repairs for Air Conditioner and a Transmission and couldnāt drive the car for over a month.
Overall, not happy with my experience looking at a truck with Lassen Toyota. Iāll be the first to admit that I lowballed on an estimate, but instead of telling me, āthatās way too lowā or ānot gunna happenāā¦ Jordan tells me āIāll call you in an hour or soā. I figured that theyād deny my offer, but was hoping for a counter, or even a simple āthanks but no thanksā. Instead, Jordan took the middle school dating approach and ghosted me. I was waiting to go on vacation (which he knew about) and waited several hours until I finally called him, texted him, called again and left a voicemail. Never got a call or text back. I am thoroughly disappointed in my experience.

Sam the service manager and Adolfo have treated me terribly and even threatened me that they wouldnāt fix my car since I wrote a review. Charged me $1400 for repairs even though they didnāt fix the check engine light we had them check out. This company couldnāt even get the mileage on my car right, wrongful reporting of the ODO is not good for any car company
I have contact them twice regarding cars I was interested in, and did not receive a response either time. I will not be contacting them again. Even if the car I was checking on was no longer available, the courteous thing to do would be to let me know it had sold. That is what I would do. Never burn bridges.
When our car was in there custody for repairs they did not create a protected environment to make sure the car was safe. because of this the cat converter was stolen from the car and they refuse to cover the cost trying to make our insurance pay for it at a 1000.00 Deductible. I asked them to reconsider and there exact words are that we signed they were responsible for damage. Well There is what is legal and what is right. They seem to stand behind paperwork and thank there patrons by cost them another 1000.00 Dollars and insurance claim witch always results in a raised premium for the pleasure of doing business with them. I cant recommend not using them enough. In a world that is filled with lawyer speak and fine print there is what is right and what is wrong. Lassen did what was wrong.
Incompetent and Uncaring I brought in my Yaris in September because it was squealing horribly under very specific circumstances, and the serpentine belt had already been replaced. After only an hour, they said I needed a new skid plate and sent me home to wait for the part. It arrived and was installed, and I assumed everything was fine. But the noise never really went away. Then it started getting worse. So I took my car back, only to find out that now I needed to replace a $900 part, something that could have been avoided if they did their jobs the first time. On top of that, they tried to charge me a diagnostic fee for my second visit. Iāve driven 500+ miles since the repair and the car still squeals when I turn it on, but Iāll be going to any other dealership to get it fixed. Thatās how I found this page.
